I loved GR (not a big fan of GRAW) - How does Armed Assault (well how did OP Flashpoint) compare?

I loved the realism factor (one shot, one kill) type settings associated with GR.

Was Op Flashpoint like this as well?


Will Armed Assault likely come with a mission editor? Or does it have the "firefight" game mode that came with GR / R6?

There is the same editor as in OFP. That means that you have one h.... of a tool for making missions and mods.

You can control everything....

My version is the German download version and its GREAT!

Armed Assault will be in the U.S. in a couple of months from what I hear. They found a U.S. publisher finally.

there is a demo that you can download at the main site, give it a try, see if you like it.

after tinkering a bit with ArmA, i personally believe there are other tactical shooters that are better then this one. but thats why they make demo's, so you can try for yourself.
