Would it be possible to have the MG teams get an icon with the --+-> on it? Makes it a bit easier to break them out of the pack.

I'd second this - It would be a good idea -

I also am looking forward to the full version to see how each team weapon systems are broken down (viewd).

It also would be nice if the number of mean in each team was listed (I know we have a general idea as is.....but listing how many men in each specific unit would be nice).

Are you talking about in the icon and the picture pieces?

Yup. Right now they share the infantry crossbucks (in the demo anyway). It would make it a little faster to ID the MG team when grabbing it to set up a base of fire, etc.

Good idea. I assume we, the gamer, could mod this sucker into AATF if ProSim didn't.

Also, regarding the M240 -
Is it just me, or is the M240 a BIG step up from the M60? I'm from the M60 Army and only remember that gun for its inaccuracy at range due to limited stability. Having come back (on a one-time, limited basis) to the M240 Army, I was blown away by how accurate that weapon is.

Yup, icons and symbols can be modded in after the fact - takes a bit of doing, but the tools will be there for anyone who wants to do it.

Having "bridge the gap" between the M60 and M240, I can hardily agree. I remember firing M60's so old that they rattled when carried and nearly shook apart durung firing. The M240 has much tighter tolerances.

Hehehehe... The rattle and shake could be used to describe about half the 1990s Army inventory - trucks, cots, chow halls, machine guns, etc...
