What exactly do the supply numbers (in the supply circle depiction) around units mean when you have the supply visible on? I've tried to find it in the manual, but either I couldnt find it or it's not there. I couldnt really find what the half colors mean either.:salute:

Here is a pic of what i'm talking about. Nevermind - don't know how to do pics yet.

The bigger the number the better supply you will get during supply calculation phase between turns. Most supply units get on the road, railroads, towns, etc...
Adjacent cooperating HQ's help boost supply by 50%.

Unit's that moved get max 66 % of projected supply.

Half colors means that in that hex enemy and you could get supply in next turn if it changes sides...

The number in the circles is based on the percentage of nominal supply (the supply level showing in the situation briefing at the beginning of each turn) a friendly unit could receive in said hexes during the bookkeeping phase. It takes into account a number of variables (terrain, weather modifiers, distance from the nearest full supplied hex etc.) to be calculated. See section 9.17 of the manual to have the exact list of modifiers applied for calculating supply values.
