Is there any way of setting the micromap to scroll with the main map?

I usually use the micromap in these types of games to see where the main mao is in the context of the whole battle and it's a little annoying having to scroll both maps separately.

Unfortunately no, the micromap view scrolls on its own when you scroll the main map and vice-versa. What you can do is click on an area in the micromap view to have the main one center on it.
