View Full Version : new player looking for a game (EF2/WF/RS)
Hello,
I'm a newbie looking for a game. I would prefer to play a mirrored game. Optional rules: Indirect Fire by Map, and Command Control. Any takers?
cheers

welcome recruit! :)
I will be on vacation soon(out of home, that means ;p ) ... I won't have time at this point to play with you. But I do wish to give you a warm welcome to our little sweet community :)
You will surely get worthy opponents soon.
(One suggestion is to take a look at the thread down below "Battle for the canal 1942 begins!", some of the players there might be still interested to play mroe games... ask them :) )
Thanks ER_Chaser.
I've been playing the AI for a long time and I would like to try a real person.
Cheers
Hey recruit...
Welcome aboard. As ER stated, you should have no problem finding opponents. My slate is a little full right now, but maybe in the future. By all means be sure to look around the club and ask as many questions as you like.
Cheers,
RAM
Recruit,
Welcome to the club, Im still a newbie to but I in the middle of a game now, maybe when Im done with this one.
No problem. Let me know when you guys have a opening.
Cheers
Hello Recruit! I too have played much against the AI and have only played one game against a real person. I have made a Commando Air Raid with the editor and would LOVE to play test it against some one with roughly the same experience as I. It is complexity 3 or 4, 20 turns, British Commandos & French Partisans in a night raid. It is a small scenario and each turn is very short.
Interested? Let me know and I will email the scenario to you. I have WF World at War edition. Which version do you have?
Michael
Michael,
No problem. I have WF v1.05. Can we play a mirrored game?
Cheers,
recruit
What is a mirrored game?:hmmm:
Michael
We play two games of the same scenario. In each game we play the opposite side of the other game. This allows us both to be the attackers and defenders. The greater difference in points wins between them.
Cheers,
recruit
Ok thats what I thought you meant
Thats fine with me.
Michael
