Merging databases

While I am playing with a few ideas I find that it would be more useful to merge the databases into one single one.
In the Power Toolkit you can append some of the databases table but not others.
So how complex is merging databases, e.g. ATF and TSATC into one new one say ATF_TSATC?
Are there internal differences, to the files, that would make this process impossible?

I know that TSATC files and also Database1 files are locked so what ever comes out has to be a new set of database files

You can merge them, but the merged files will only work in TSATC. This game has some features ATF lacks. TSATC databases probably won't work in ATF.
