I, having bought this game recently, gave a shot at Tsushima with the Russians, with the intent of causing as much damage to the IJN as possible.
I sent the destroyer squadrons aqainst the Japanese battleship line from the right and sailed past it from the left with my battleships and cruisers in a line, Battleship Mikasa, leading the Japanese attack, took moderate damage and sunk later, but the destroyer group was wiped out. I decedid to leave the transports to their fates and tried to make a run for it with the battleships, sacrifying the others to delay the IJN, in the end the plan faield, I lost everything I had, wiht Mikasa, 3 Armoured Cruisers, around 10 destroyers and a few protected cruisers sunk from the IJN.
I think that was quite an ahistorical outcome, sine as far as I know in the real Tsushima no Japanese ships were sunk. The debrief showed that the battel was a draw.
