Question about operations/ladder points

I'm playing an operation and would like to play it as a ladder game, but how to count the value of this operation compared to a scenario? This is a custom operation (B&T-Beginning of the End) so I've no idea how many points were spent on my forces.

"Operations are counted like normal scenarios. To find out the purchase values for each side, the player shall open the scenario(operation) file with the scenario editor."
