I was wondering why the 152 mm guns were silent on my cruiser Bayan while chasing the c.Mary. I checked the arc of fire of Bayan's 152mm guns in the game and it was only 90 degrees to port or starboard.
It was strange because Bayan had special cuts in the hull to provide good fore/after angles of fire for 152mm guns

I checked the drawings of Bayan and found out that for these guns arc of fire was actually 120 degrees (90 degrees to fore angles + 30 degrees to after angles) as it's shown on the drawings.

I noticed some other ships (Askold, Peresvet, Retvizan and may be more) are also suffered from this problem.

This problem has ben put before the designers, and IIRC they intend to deal with it after having eradicated all the reported campaign bugs.

Perhaps the designers are accounting for possible blast damage to the hull?...........;)

No I don't think so :)

These sponson guns are aimed along the ship centreline and the crew would have to abseil down from the deck above to load them. They fire in this position. Norm has tweaked some of the broadside gun arcs already but more works needs to be done on them I think.
