And don't forget about Drew Wagenhoffer's blog: http://cwba.blogspot.com/

He is a scenario designer for Corinth, Ozark and Peninsula games and his blog is generally about ACW books. I already purchased a couple of books after reading his reviews.

I like to read good books about battles/campaigns and to refight all these battles on the computer :smoke:

Alex you have probably long since read these but if you haven't you need to get Lee's Lt.'s by Douglas Southall Freeman (3 Vol set).......even though written I believe in the 30's it is still one of the best reads going about the ANV with Marse Robert at the helm.

Yes Captain, I read Freeman's classic work a couple years ago and it's a very good read.

Now I'm reading recently published work on Vicksburg campaign - Michael Ballard's "Vicksburg. The Campaign that Opened the Mississippi". Good book...I like it ;)

"The Gettysburg Campaign" by Coddington is an excellant book-I have read it numerous times. "Richmond Redeemed" is another good one.
