Shift F8 Screenshots and Jaggies

Anyone else notice that if you use the new key combo of Shift F8 to take screenies then the screenies come out as though antialising was never applied ie. pretty awful jaggies. When I took multiple screenies with FRAPS everything looked as good as it did on screen, not so with the Shift F8 combo

I've noticed the same thing - they appear to be jpg artifacts. For the sake of quality I've gone back to using "Print Screen" and I'm looking for a 3d-party screen capture utility.

I get perfect multiple screenshots with FRAPS at www.fraps.com Its shareware, but the small cost is well worth it. Another free one is Irfanview - google it for the download.
