There's something odd that happens when you first install the ladder software. If you don't change the way that XP uses the date format, things like what you see will occur. You should see what it looked like before I fixed things - there was only 2 ladder members, as well. Everyone else was inactive.

The reports still exist (I can access them), but it seems that by being placed on the inactive ladder, perhaps recent reports are pulled.
