View Full Version : Anyone for non-COW PBEM?
Hello! I'm new to TOAW and this board!
Is there anyone out there still playing older versions of TOAW? I'd like to find a partner for PBEM. I have TOAW 1 Elite Edition (with optional German original TOAW 1.03) and TOAW 2. Trying to get a copy of COW appears to be hopeless! :(
And are any of the scenarios available here compatible with one of those versions?
I would strongly suggest picking up a copy of CoW; you'll find that 99.5% of the community plays this version exclusively!

Thanks for the tip! Believe me, I'd give my favorite toe for a copy of CoW! ;) However, I'm from Germany and I don't have a credit card! So I can't order there! That leaves me stranded now. :( Furthermore it says "Note: Unable to determine quantity available for some items at this time." Does that mean they don't have any in stock?
No, they keep doing production runs of CoW, so I doubt they'll run out.
Do you have a family member that you cold pay cash for the use of the credit card to purchase the game?
I'm sure that we can figure something out to help you along! Any of you Euro-boys able to help Pariah? Where in germany are you? Maybe someone is close to you that could help! (As in you pay them the money, they order the game for you, you pick it up when it arrives, kind of thing?)

Thought the same thing! I mean I constantly send money to people I have never known before at eBay, so why not! ;) I could send it via money order beforehand. Should be doable!

Any Yanks that could help him out with this? If worse comes to worst, I'll do it, but then there's the nastiness of shipping it from the US to Canada, and then on to Germany. If we can get an American to do it for you (based on receiving your money order) shipping prices will be alot cheaper.
