Whats the best use AA units in the 2 weeks in Normandy Scenario.
As the Allies have Air Superiority I'm not expecting any AA work for them can they be used for AT work?

I take it you're asking about Allied AA units... I'd suspect that, at least in the right sectors, an AA battalion could easily relieve any other battalion in the first line, to create extra feet marching forward. In several Plan Martin games, I've found those AA units very resilient. Haven't tried it in this scenario though.

The Allies get some very strong AA units here, too and they have a number of good uses:

1. I'd add one company of AA to beef up an 1 or 2 infantry battalions adjacent to enemy armor or mech.
2. If I need defense in depth to protect HQ's and Arty, owing to concentrations of enemy armor, I'll stack them with an AA co. or bn., depending on degree of threat.
3. Where needed and available, if it is on Army support and in position to assist a regiment (on internal support) to get a flank attack - AA does a pretty good job.

It's a good all around multi-purpose unit, somewhat better on the defense, but lack of infantry in its TO&E can make it susceptible to automatic over-runs, so I usually try to stack it with something else.
