Artillery question (again)

When artillery units are in TR deployment or dug-in and then go into a re-org state, do they still support the attack ?

There is the bug - artillery unit always support the attack/defence except it is in mobile/moving status. That means that retreated, reorganized or attacking unit still supports other units.
