In TOAW3 I don't know, but I have been using an extremely easy-to-use freeware called MWsnap. Can be downloaded here:
http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html

I use the 'variable rectangle' button, switch to the TOAW window and just click-draw the area I want to shoot. (You need to have the TOAW screen prepared as you want it first, then initiate MWsnap, switch to TOAW, click-draw, save as whateverFilename.jpeg and then you can upload to the forum thread).

Hope this helps!

Hey Dicke:

What's the difference in using some third party software and just using the "print screen" button and pasting the result in MS paint?

Thanks BTW for noticing the incorrect title on my AAR stuff. I fixed it.

I just think it is quicker and you get the cropped picture immediately, no need to manipulate it in Paint etc.

And you can fix the size of the screenshots, this could be helpfull when putting together a movie. Thanks Bertha, for the link.
