Are there any obstacles of fortifications availaible in my OOB?

Here is the current start allocation for each Team. --> Mines and Wire (http://www.strategyzoneonline.com/forums/showpost.php?p=404049&postcount=1)

I do not believe Artur every assigned them. You can allocate them as you see fit EXCEPT to any of the unit that already have engaged in combat. Any NOT assigned will be allocated to the 3 Supply Depots AND then will have to be moved to the gaining units.
