Civ 3 Conquests

A new expansion pack came out recently for Civ 3. The second one (first expansion was Play the World).

From what I can tell, the Conquests expansion pack contains everything from the Play the World Expansion pack.

But does anyone know for sure? I have neither expansion and am thinking about picking up one or both of the expansion packs, but I'm not sure if I need to. Haven't been able to find anything concret, just a blurb on the Civ 3 page that makes it sound like Conquests contains all the enchancments from Play the World.

I'm quite sure the Conquest contains all the features of PTW. PTW was a MP add-on, Conquest is for solo. I read a preview which stated that this is how it is.

I have PTW, Mike, and it's a pretty good expansion. My brother and I play some hotseat Civ every now and then. Also - The French actually have the two best racial abilities, and the PTW expansion gives you the Carthaginians, who have the same abilities. So now I don't have to be both French, and a woman everytime I play! :D

Sounds that the ad-on is a lot of fun.
I now have the problem that down here in merry old Germany no shop I know has the US-Version or is willing to order it.
(I want to have the original version because I also have Civ3 as original, and I like the English version much more than the german.).

Has anybody an idea how I can get it without having to order it from an international webservice and pay up to 15 bucks mailing costs?
