Greetings!

Quick question -

When a unit leaves the map through the retreat hex (either voluntarily or involuntarily), does it count as a destroyed unit for victory points for the opposition?

I have in mind a situation where you have lorry borne infantry, infantry is dropped off where you want them, and then the lorries just become targets.

Can I 'save' them by retreating them off the map, without giving points away??????
