Do nahverteidigungswaffes ever hurt infantry?

I had not known about these things until in one game, my opponent's men were getting hit and running. They worked for me, maybe you were having a bad day and it was in CMAK that this happened.:smoke:

Hi - I have had it work in CMAK - it was very effective against Green / Regular troops, it was in a battle in Winter 1944 amongst woods in snow in thick fog as the US troops ran into a couple of my StuG's.
