Requested by Bloodstar, but maybe somebody else will find it useful, too, thats why I post it here :o
Short description: This is a chart for FitE 5.0, it contains the calculations of your available equipment from turn 1-405, including changes in the replacement rate, for example caused by capturing a factory city. This is the configuration I used for these calculations:
force2 999 0.90; // Soviets Stops The Flow Of Iron Ore From Sweden (Malmberget)
force2 999 0.95; // Soviets Capture Stockholm
force2 999 0.95; // Soviets Capture Goteborg
force2 999 1.05; // Turkey enters war
force2 999 0.95; // Instanbul captured
force2 317 1.05; // Speer And Guderian Takes Over Production (Rep. +5%)
force1 1 0.34; // start
force1 4 0.95; // Minsk
force1 14 0.95; // Smolensk
force1 17 0.95; // Zaporozhe
force1 20 0.95; // Dneprpetrovsk
force1 26 0.95; // Kiev
force1 30 0.95; // Orel
force1 33 0.95; // Bryansk
force1 33 0.95; // Kalinin
force1 34 0.95; // Odessa
force1 35 0.95; // Stalino
force1 36 0.90; // Kharkov
force1 45 0.95; // Rostov
force1 48 2.94; // Soviet Gears Up Production
force1 109 0.90; // Sevastopol
force1 113 0.95; // Voroshilovgrad (18.07)
force1 119 0.95; // Krasnodar (09.08)
force1 146 0.90; // Stalingrad
force1 352 1.5 ; // Soviet Production Reaches Maximun
force1 999 0.95; // Voronesh
force1 999 0.95; // Tula
force1 999 0.90; // Baku
force1 999 0.95; // Tiblisi
force1 999 0.95; // Grosny
force1 999 0.95; // Murmansk
force1 999 0.80; // Moscow
force1 999 1.15; // Moscow recaptured
force1 999 0.90; // Leningrad
force1 999 0.95; // Saratov
force1 999 0.95; // Ryzan
force1 999 0.95; // Yaroslavl
force1 999 0.95; // Volgoda
force1 999 0.95; // Soviets build Fleet
short explanation: force1 or force2 = for which site the change will happen,
than on which turn the change will happen, 999 = it wont happen (I assumed a historical game, so cities that weren't captured by the germans will have 999, for example Moscow), and finally a number representing the percentage of change.
Here is a picture explaining the resulting table:

I hope you find it helpful in planing your next offensive, it's always good to know what you're up against ;)
