Just a reminder, not sure it was stated elsewhere. The Pre-OP1 Battles are to last 24 WinSPMBT turns. At the end of the 24th turn, those who are Player 2 will send the pbem file to me via email --> doubledeuce (at) combat-campaigns (dot) com so I can evaluate the results. Once this is done I will update all the necesaary forum threads.

Whats the procedure where both players agree that the game is over prior to turn 24?

This is for all the players in the campaign. One thing I forgot to take into consideration is the inability to retreat/move units off the N/S map edges when I set up the game deployments. For this turn I will allow either side to end the battle early (sort of a allowed withdrawal without penalty) BUT thye must withdraw off the battle area as it pertains to the Operational Map.

In order to avoid me getting into individual body count tracking for each tactical battle during the campaign this is what I am asking of the players and what I will provide for the teams.

What I would like for is for you guys to report the information you get through the actual Pbems into your team Intelligence subforums just like commanders on the ground would do via reporting procedures in RL and not me posting "exact numbers" of dead soldiers or X type infantry unit killed. The exception to this is vehicles and equipment since this type of information is fairly easy to determine by the troops on the ground (if you control the field). If you do not control the field at the end of the battle you get basically NO intel from the OC (me).

It's all on the commander of the battle and his responsibility to "report" accurately as he sees the situation to his higher command.
