I am a fairly seasoned player. I have spilled my share of AI blood (lol). I am looking for an opponent for a large scale game i.e. large map 50K points. I prefer all the realism settings be on and hexes and fast artillery off. I am decent at meeting engagements and advances, but not so good at assaults. I will try anything however. Would prefer the good ol' NATO vs. WP. but am open to anything else (almost, lol). I have slots 0 through 3 open. :rifle:

I'm pretty busy with some things at the moment but if you are up for something "considerably" smaller than 50k points let me know. :D

How about a 1980's NATO vs WP Meeting Engagement?
Which nation do you want?

I've done one of these 50k point games before (2020 US vs Russia, 50 air sorties each). They seem pretty fun. How about a Green vs Red 2020 50 air sorties cross-buy game (buy stuff from whatever OOB you want)? Now that would be interesting. 20% artillery purchase limit (artillery being defined as all units other than aircraft that can be accessed through the bombardment screen for indirect fire), in other words no more than 20% of your force in terms of points can be artillery. No restrictions on aircraft.

What do you mean by "hexes off", btw? My email is thinkingmanwebsite@lycos.com .

Thank you double deuce and mustang19 I like both of your ideas. :devious:

DOUBLE DEUCE: How about march '85. 15-25k pts. 75x75 or larger? map. I am adept at either side. although the warsaw pact player needs to realize the vision problems in the 80's. Just email me or post your thoughts I can start it or you can:D
Oh yeah umm I'll take WP. A little tougher at that date in time I think.

MUSTANG19: Sounds good to me, should actually be pretty crazy. The restriction is fine. A force needs to be well rounded anyway. Again you or I can set it up. Just let me know.:D As for the hexes thing I had understood from the manual that preferences were saved and unchangable when playing by e-mail. If this is not true then oops, nevermind. :cheeky:

My email is roadrunner225@yahoo.com or roadrunner225@gmail.com either one.
