We will of course play with restrictions on whatever you think needs to be restricted, like artillery for example.

I would love to play against you, Wulfir. Not only because you answered first, are from Sweden, and are as crazy as me. No. The real reason that I would really, really love to slug it out with you is the scary fact that I may be your greatest admirer out there! I adore the huge scenarios you made. And thus you would also be the perfect (unbeatable?) opponent for this kind of battle.
Ok, enough raving. But just to sum it up: this will be great!

John, I have great news for you! As the SPMBT addict I am I would more than gladly install DOSSPMBT to be able to play you. Are you in for a big one or do you like smaller skirmishes? Something in between maybe? Well, I let you decide on that.

To both gentleman Wulfir and John "the modest", just send me an email with your prefered game rules and I'll most likely agree with them at once.

As to battles, I prefer the max-size map. With modern-era weapons, I feel it is silly to play on a small map where everything is in range! Also allows a little more flexibility for manoeuvre.

Let's say: 12,500 pts
Limited scouts/snipers
No ammo re-supply
Everything else is fair game!

I prefer dates prior to 1985, as after that my forces die too quickly with the modern uber-weapons!

We could try Denmark vs Poland in the Cold-War era; Wulfir and I were playing such a match until he bought a new PC which couldn't handle dosSPMBT, so we were unable to finish the fight. Pity - I wasn't being slaughtered in that one. :shock:
