I've started a head to head test and have a few questions/comments.
The Romainian 4th army has a formation supply proficiency of 6%. I'm assuming that it's supposed to be 60% like the Rum 6th corps.
On the bottom of page 24 of the .doc file it says:
"Players should note that units subdivided during the game have their proficiency reduced to 80% of start value. Even if you recombine the parent unit it will remain for the rest of the game at 88% of start value. "
In Acow 1.04 there's no permanent proficeny loss after recombining.
Why didn't you move the arty in German pz/mot divs into the HQs like you did with the leg divisions?
