Abandon vehicle on own?

Hey all,

I had a regular German crew abandon their 250/9 halftrack after an overhead motar air burst, (@ 1 min later) there were no casualties nor was any kind of a "hit" indicated. They just "bailed out." :surprise:

My opponet said that his mortar crew now shows an "unidentified" vehicle destroyed. :confused:

I haven't seen this before has anyone else & is it something that is considered "normal" in the game? :hmmm:

I have seen crews abandon vehicles, apparently because they decided they'd rather be elsewhere.

Why would you even have a program for a crew to jump out of an undamaged armored vehicle naked into a rain of bullets is beyond me. :nuts:

Just too bad they didn't include a program to get back inside! :crosseye:

I have seen this in CM before. I think it is realisic enough, esp. for 'Green' troops and/or open topped vehicles.
