Comrades,
The deadline for the recon deployment is tomorrow. Here I post my proposal we have one day to discuss it and accept. If no comment is posted this will be the deployment.
We have 3 similar reinforced recon companies -the east German recon battalion.
These companies will perform spotting tasks primarily and engage the enemy only if absolutely needed.
These recon companies can be dicvided in two or three parts.
The fire base part which sets up an observing/ambush position and is capable of spotting the enemy or delay it.

............x3 SPZ BMP-1P
............x3 BTR-60PB
............x2 7.62mm PKM MMGs
............x4 Malutka Team
The scouting part is the real scouts who do spotting only.

............x8 RPG-7 Team
The infantry and the vehicles can be divided even further where the RPG squads hide and observe while the vehicles move and patrol. If the vehicles are spotted they RUN. No peaking and drawing enemy fire but getting out of the area FAST.
The three locations are
EE7. (fire base part deployed around hill 453 and the scout part at Parst)
II7 (fire base part at hill 469 the scout part at the forest in the south west)
KK7 (firte base on the western hill scout part in the eastern part)
The fire base parts will stay there until the main forces arrive - or delaying and withdrawing if met with superior enemy.
The scout part vehicles will patrol the area the inf scouts(RPG will stay or move to a neighbouring hex depending on the situation.)
Everybody who has anything to add please post tomorrow the latest.
