View Full Version : Helicopter Altitude

Hi all,
So I started poking around again after a bit of a break and have found that, while on the whole the 306 build is good, there seems to be something funny going on with setting helicopter altitudes.
I started up scenario 2 and tried changing the Cobra's altitude with the movement orders screen to 100m, only to find that it won't let me set a value above the default of 50. I can order the unit to descend (and it does!) but it then refuses to ascend any higher than its current altitude. I think this is not just limited to this scenario as the same thing happens with others, including ones I create. So I was wondering if anyone else has seen this or is it just my system doing it's usual trick of value added randomness?

I've noticed the same problem, helos canot go higher than 50m
email Scott and see if he knows about it. Overall a good build.

I thought it might be the game rather than anything I was (or wasn't) doing so I emailed Scott and hopefully it will be fixed.

Heard from Scott, this has now been fixed.
