need help here guys

i cant attach any screenshots to my posts, i press the manage attachments button and nothing comes up no box, zilch. is it a firewall problem or a setting problem. can someone please help me out?

im using internet explorer , ive disabled firewall and nothing seems to do the trick

Maybe a Javascript thing but that would go way beyond my technical (dis)abilities :cool:
