Author's Note:

This was originally designed for tournament play. It is balanced
for PBEM play. Do not let the points for each side fool you, it is
very balanced as is!


German and Russian forces are moving their forces to key
locations to seize control of the road net. The valley ahead is a
fertile region for farming. There is also a key bridge in the area.
There has been fighting in this vicinity before. Both the
Russian and Germans have moved in and out of the area. The
pioneers of both sides have laid mines in the area and erected
roadblocks. Both sides have pulled back at least twice. Last
night there was an engagement between recon forces.

What was Knockout I?


Knockout, Knockout II, and now Knockout III (not designed by me)
were the titles of the scenarios used in the Rookie Tournament so far.

Knockout I and Knockout II were designed by request of Scipio with only a point range for units on the battlefield then I applied some of my designer's touch.

I will be posting over the next week the scenarios used in the Veteran's Tournament.
