If you click on WARS, Combat Mission ladder. ... Don't you see something ... different? ...
OK ok, I give up ... it is only a trick to get you guys in there to see .... that now I am on top! :D ....
Since I do not know how long I will be able to sit there, so I figure it might be a good idea to trap some victims now ;)

Actually, yes. :D ... You know why? Because at that time, there was this overall ladder, where I was not only the #1, but actually also leading something like over 1000 points over the second place ... :D ... but now that was gone, :( ... I simply had to compete for this type .... :p

My current opponent is only getting out a turn a week so it may be months before it's over. :( Though in fairness to him RL is kicking his butt. Poor guy!

ah .. that is sick, Monty :p .... Ranger and Ratz actually both gave me a hard time --- they are trying to ease up their opponent's nerve so that they can assault sneaky... :p
Actually, Lurker, Monty had kicked my A$$ seriously just a while ago .... while I was commanding my proud Soviet legion ... and I am still licking the wound ... :whlchr: And there are two more games with GAZ ... (the tourney ones) who knows what is going to happen :D
And then there is that warm up match your giving me as well, so enjoy the feeling while it lasts :)

I don't know. Does getting 500 points of Rumanians and forced to only purchase units using left handed ammunition and only allowed a catapult with big rocks as my AT capability in a defense against 4000 points worth of Russians mean I was sandbagged? :OHNO:
....just kidding, he whupped me fair and square but next time I'm getting tanks with something better then aluminum foil for armor!

You had Rumanians and lost!?!?!? :surprise: :surprise:
I'm stunned. Next to Italian Black-Shirt Legionnaires I don't think you can find better troops, especially against mere Russians. As far as tanks go, you may wish to go with a Pz III or Czech model,....the larger Panthers and Tiger tanks draw far too much attention are as big a barn.
Just something to think about for future games. :)

I played the disc scenario "Clash of Minors" way back when, several times and enjoyed playing as both the Hungarians & Rumanians. The change of unit types was refreshing.

Naw,...wasn't allowed to as we are way up north and they couldn't be selected. I had to settle for those pathetic Narzee types. You don't get much lower in quality than a Prussian. :gas:
I'll be amazed if I even get a draw out of this thing.
