COCAT 2.2 - Replacement *.exe File

Even though changes will probably still be made to this exe file, I have decided to post it. If you have COCAT 2.13 this essentially is a replacement exe. Feel free to play with this new version and post your feedback. The new version will be shown as 2.2 IIRC.

NOTE: You have to have a full version of COCAT 2.13 installed then just replace the exe file with the one here.

As I get a complete version put together with my maps, icons and units I will put t up for DL.

Since this exe file (even zipped) is too large for the forums here the actual DL link is to my Combat Campaigns Website ---> COCAT 2.2 (http://www.combat-campaigns.com/downloads/cocat2_2.zip).

Thought I`d better get round to checking this COCAT out.

Just registered over at the combat-campaigns forum so I could download the file.

Activated my account, but trying to download the file I get a "you are not allowed to view or download attachments on this board" with the login dialogue box showing, logging in again makes no difference. :confused:

That was odd. It wouldn't let me DL it either.

Thanks, but......

Unzipping the file (to a 2.14mb) and starting the program I get several errors.

"Error reading default time" Ok that then another error "error occured at #2 date to be found:" ok that then another error "runtime error 76. Path not found" ok that then it just goes to desktop.

Is there any other files I should be downloading? Not sure If I can download other files of the other forums.

The link to 2.2 is a only patch (the *.exe only). You have to DL and install 2.10, then DL and install the 2.13 patch, then the 2.2 patch. 2.10 is the actual full program, 213 and 2.2 are patches to the base 2.10 program.

I had a feeling thats what I should be doing. Just tried again to download them from the other site (2.10 etc). Same problem, asking for a login. Try logging in, again, and still no joy:(

Any suggestions?
