I have 2 players who want to join the NATO Team and get access to the secure areas. They are;

If anyone has any comments before I grant them access please send me a PM. No need to post here. ALL comments will be kept confidential by me (hence PM and not public posting).

This is just my way of trying to insure no one is posing as a new player to gain access to the other team's secure area and reinforce my intent to keep the integrity of the secure areas above suspicion.

Since I dont really know where else to post this...

Im looking for a somewhat minor commanding role to learn the system, this is after all my first multiplayer campaign (I have played maybe 15-20 PBEMs of WinSPMBT but not on any official ladder). Dont really know what else to post.

The best thing to do is look around and get used to the layout. You should also visit the completed and now opened forums for the Island Civil War Campaign (SPMBT) AND the Red Snow Campaign (SPWAWH2Hfr). Reading through both of those will give you an idea of how these things work.
