Canadian Commanders/players, please discuss the Canadian Force Organization here. Basically who will command/control what units.

Okay dita, I guess that's you and me, and perhaps another, if one of the undecided NATO members chooses to command Canadian forces as well.
I suggest you be overall (Brigade) commander, since you have more experience than I. Also, how do you want to set up command of the units? Each take a mech battalion with Leopards cross-attached as necessary? Or some other method?
Hi,
Not sure about the experience point :)
Cross attaching the armor would probably be a "safe" option. I assume it can be changed upon the current tactical situation, within reason.
Also, the note somewhere else about attaching (or otherwise) units from another force is something that may need to be considered.
Though I`d like the Canadians to keep hold of those Leopards :)

Were you part of the Island Civil War campaign? I had thought that you were, and since I wasn't, I meant you had more experience in terms of this type of campaign. Honestly, I'm not too concerned about which one of us is the commander, since I'm sure there will be quite a bit of consultation going on anyway.

If you like that cross attachment idea, then I propose we each take "command" of one of the mech battalions, and then have the brigade commander attach companies of armor or the engineers as necessary (based on consultation and the probable mission ahead).
I too think the attachment of units of other nationalities is an interesting idea, though I'm not sure how useful it would be. Really, the only advantage it would give us would be the thermal sights that the American tanks have. Still, it may be worth exploring further.
I will volunteer to lead some Canadien forces.

Speaking for myself (though I'm sure Dita feels the same way) you're welcome to join us. However, we'll have to rethink how we're going to split command of the various units. That, in turn, may have to wait until we see if our force will be augmented to counterbalance the Hungarian airmobile unit, as some have suggested.
Of course, more the merrier.
Have to see how things develop further before we decide how to split the forces.
