Keep banging away at the ROK and hope they crack before you do. A slight stall is not that much of an issue, despite the size of the map you don't actually need that much beyond the South Korean Capitol to win. ROK forces are good but there are not many of them. Try and wear out the defenders and you may find that they eventually fold.

That artillery corps can do some serious damage if you mass it.

I PBEMed it a while ago and basically ground up every single ROK division between Seoul and the border. Opponent had no choice really but to keep throwing fresh units into the fray (IIRC losing Seoul = VP loss for ROK/US) only to have them ground up by the artillery.

I tried to make a push on the east side while all this was going on but it didn't work out and was a wasted venture considering the losses I took flinging the hapless North Koreans at the fortified ROK divisions. But it didn't matter because in the end my opponent rotated basically his entire OOB through the fighting around Seoul and through sheer attrition I seized it.
