I've been looking for that book for some years now but living in France it wasnt easy to get it, all I could find were second-hands at prohibitive prices. Rats. I paid a not-too-cheap price for a used copy about a year ago. But Boonierat is correct. It helped immensely in straightening out the OOBs for CSV.
