Our tournament for newbies and underacheivers has hit a snag. We need a replacement player. The first one to meet the criteria outlined in the tournament rules thread may join and take over the points left by the outgoing player. This is not an elimination tournament...so there is lots of games to be played yet. Please respond to this thread or email or pm me directly.

Hey Ray, I'll do it. I'll be Abatis 2. If I have to play against myself, than Abatis 2 will surrender to Abatis. Unless of course Abatis 2 seems to really be on a roll, then I might play withmyself for a little while and see what comes up. ...oh dear..did I say that outloud? :laugh:

I'm obviously kidding here - but maybe I'll still play withmyself for awhile anyway.

I would like to get in this tournament as a replacement player. I have read and I understand the tournament rules, and meet the criteria, as far as I can see. I have copies of East Front II Gold and West Front Gold.

Excellent....first you need to join the ladder(if you have already, fine...but I didn't see your name there), then keep a close eye on things for the next round to start, to find out your opponent. Go ahead and put a post on the 2nd round thread so you can be automatically notified when the new round starts if you like.

Anybody else wanting to signup, may do so, and be used as a waiting liost in case we encounter another problem.

I have joined the ladder but have not reported any games yet; maybe that is why I do not yet appear on the ladder.

I will also post a notice on the 2nd round thread, so as to get notified when the next round begins.
