no TOAW on Take2 website?

Hey you guys......um, I just looked at the Take2 website and they don't even list TOAW as a game for sale. Does that mean they abandoned it? Maybe so.

Yes, they gave up on the Talonsoft games long time ago, if only they weren't so greedy and relinquish their copyrights and let the softwares become public domain...

It can get worse than that when your interests put you in a "niche market" in corporate eyes. A few years ago I tracked down the person at Avalon Hill who was in charge of copyrighted games no longer in print. I was asking whether AH would be interested in selling the rights to World @ War (not that I was in any position to buy it). I was expecting some ludicrous price; what I was not expecting was that the fellow had never heard of the game.
