This is the Civil War Battles folder...if I'm not mistaken, SOCOOM and CoD are FPS shooters? If so, try posting in the "First Person Shooters and Simulations" folder. (Go to the main page of these forums, and you'll see it.)

welcome to the "socom and call of duty" thread. you can probably tell thats its a discussion about those two games. this is a thread that people can post there problems and other people can post comments to help those who need help on those games. I beat call of duty:finest hour, and socom 1 and 2. So ask me questions about those games for help. Feel free to leave comment

I can't seem to get past ensign which is strange becuase my average score is about 3 kills for every 2 deaths :confused:

I got past ensign, it was so easy. but thats just me, just keep trying harder and harder, what i would do is take a break for about 3 days and then try it again and i always beat it.

im just god like that (not to brag). I had alot of trainging with video games, especially socom and games like call of duty, like for example medal of honor games. and plus my sisters boyfriend trained to be a navy seal so its a big influence on me.

"UO"? what does that stand for? Yah i beat finest hour like 60 times, i beat it in one day. its easy once you know what to do. im thinking on selling my ps2 and like 2 games from xbox so i can save up for xbox 360. my ps2 is making me mad! :mad: i had to buy 2 controllers because it likes to grab ahold of those little copper things inside the controller, and it messed up my memory card 2 times. so im going to see if it has something wrong with it and sell it with all of my games.

I think you have a slightly misconstrued view of Special Forces. I don't know a whole lot about the Army but in the Marines Corps only something like 7% of the people who try out for Force Recon actually make it. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to even make it through the indoctrination.

To me it's always a matter of effort VS reward. I could spend the next 9 months training every day to get into the kind of shape I would need to be in order to even get into the indoc, or I could spend that time with my wife and my son and finish my college degree.

You seem to be basing your knowledge of the military from video games and Hollywood when in fact reality is much different.

I do have alot of knowledge about special forces, my sisters boyfriend' friend is a navy seal and I talk with him every time I go over to his house or when we go for a run, because since im young and I want to join the special forces might as well start to get into shape.

Cpt. Bonez i'am in JROTC and im 15 years old. since the "J" in JROTC does stand for Junior. I plan to be in the ROTC when I go to college.

yeah, I have to say after the 3rd mission it starts to seem like your making yourself just play it. But it is fun, and you get a good feeling the way the navy seal works.

I just read in my gameinformer, that socom 3 is being released into ps2 instead of ps3. which is good because I dont want to pay that much for a game system, no matter how muhc I love the games, maybe I will when the price drops a couple hundred. which is probably around 2 years old, and used by the time i get it. :laugh:
