is this game dead?

seems to be awfully quiet. is anybody working on scenarios or is that still really difficult/impossible? how do the existing scenarios play? overall right now how would you rate this game
1-10 as an accurate simulation? thanks for any responses.

I haven't touched the game in quite a while. I don't know of any scenarios in the works though one member who has been gone for a while is back and he may work on some.


Other than that I think the game is slowly sinking away. Some people may play it and send reports to Scott but nobody in quite a while has posted anything in that regard.

I would rank it as potentially a nine as a civilian tool. I say potentially because I have only moderate confidence everything is running right. I still dabble in it, but TOAW and CM have been sucking up my time and SPMBT for Win will also when it comes out.

I am still hanging on and hoping for maps and scenarios. I played a great pbem with Mike, all went well...until I had a fatal computer crash due to my constant fiddling, but nothing to do with POA2. We actually got in 27 turns.

The platform seems pretty solid now. I too would like to see a big community, more nations OOB's, etc. I am a terrible designer, but maybe I will try, if for nothing else to bring some life to the sim.
