Heres the latest scenario for the Indonesian Campaign
Requires Version 1.4 of the Colonial Wars Database
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK !
Date: 5th June 1966
Location: NW Australia
Duration: 30 Hours
Sides: UK and ANZAC Forces
After the outrageous attack on the RMS Queen which resulted in heavy loss of life, UK and ANZAC Forces are now planning a response.....the problem is most of the UK Far East Fleet were deployed to Australia for the Annual Exercise with Australian and New Zealand Forces.
Singapores remaining forces have taken a battering over the last few days, with communist terrorists attacking airbases and dockyards including damaging the lock gates to the K.G.V Drydock holding "HMS Victorious".
During the Annual Exercise the RAF had deployed most of their bomber forces including Canberra and Vulcans, Australia and New Zealand can muster between them Canberra, Sabre's and Mirage aircraft.
Naval Forces available during the Exercise are the Australian Carrier Group based on HMAS Melbourne and the United Kingdom's HMS Eagle Group which set sail from Perth afew days earlier .
In all it looks like Indonesian forces are in for a surprise !
