As this is not really a rule suggestion, I thought it may need a seperate thread.

One problem I have (it could just be me) is keeping track on the forces avaiailable, the movement across the campaign map (in this case the Island) of the opposing forces. With other, more boring commitments in the way (work etc) it can be difficult to track events. Any suggestions?

How about a condensed newsletter bulletin via Email. Similiar to intellegnce updates on the forum. An updated situational map?

Just a few suggestions. Though I`m sure it just involves even more work ;)

With other, more boring commitments in the way (work etc) it can be difficult to track events. Any suggestions?I am hoping to have a modified COCAT Gaming Tool to use for the next Campaign. It will be optional for the players BUT will aid in them keeping up with the overall picture from a Situational Map standpoint.

How about a condensed newsletter bulletin via Email. Similiar to intellegnce updates on the forum. An updated situational map?I could send a screenshot from COCAT that might fit this need.

Would it be possible to keep track of actual losses, not only unit losses? Sometimes it is frustrating that you wreck a company, but almost all elements withdraw. And in the next battle you fight again an entire unit, while in reality only a platoon of men remanined?

In the current Combat Campaigns units are reconstituted back to full stregnth (squads thats is) to replicate replacements. While not totaly accurate it allows me to do away with tracking the replacement of indiviual soldiers and their progress through an actual replacement system.

I can live with that. For strategic play, would it be possible to simulate supply lines? I mean, in the Island Civil War there were situations when it would have been enough IRL to sit on the enemy's supply line until he collapses. I know it is hard again, but maybe twisting percentages of inf. toughness/morale would simulate it.

In SPWAW I could adjust ammo loads reduced Ammo, etc but that is something you cannot do in SPMBT except by editing each individual unit.

Thank you, it would give another dimension for strategy.
