Star Wars: Galaxies

Alright.

Will someone explain why this game is no good when that guy told me it sucks that something "Upgrade combat" ruined the game and I got confused that he did not explain more about the game, but I was came close buy it while I was waiting line at Wal-Mart checkout then change my mind that I bought Jedi Academy instead.

When I read the box, I really got surprise that SW: Galaxies was almost like WWII Online that you can be what you wanted to be (Stormtrooper, etc etc) and I just almost came close to buy until that guy told me the SW G were no good and recommened to buy other Star Wars game like Battlefront, Jedi Academy, etc. I read the box that you have 30 days of free trial and when ended, you have to subscribed, but how much?

I think I need to shoot my right foot. :dead:

I have a few online mates that were well into it, and apparently it was an awesome game. Started off so-so, and then got built into something sloid.

THEN, they nerfed the servers, and afaik, it all hangs in limbo these days.

That p[articualr group of individuals has moved onto The Matrix: Online for their new MMORPG fix.

I considered giving SWG a go and I've never played a MMORG.

I'm still waiting to hear from the Matrix Online crew.

I really enjoyed playing any MMORPG game, but I guess SW: Galaxies is probably likely out for me after James explain short about SW: Galaxies, but I still have no clue about what that guy saying about "Upgrade combat" that it ruined the game and still looking for some answer.

I think its fine but last time I played was in Aug-Oct but you need to find some people that will hangout with you so you can do tougher battles (for fighter types) to increase your skills otherwise you have A LOT of easy battles.
