- Added SITREP log file for military version.

I thought the only difference between Military and commercial version was the ability to modify the database. This is a feature (If it is what I am thinking of) that us commercial people have wanted.

I believe that over the last few updates the Military and Civilian versions have grown closer together. Hopefully the restrictions imposed on the Data Editor will all be lifted when the Military contract runs out and we will at last have full access to the weapons data.

Also, If and When a WWII version is released there will be no restrictions whatsoever and editing the database will be completely unrestricted.

From Scott:

This "addition" is a simple log of all messages sent and received, the
subject of the message, and the time it takes to transmit. It is only a
temporary thing I put in for the JFCOM project, because they are trying to
get detailed information about communication nets and the individual nodes
in them with and without some proposed new systems, and don't mid crunching
reports of thousands of messages in spreadsheets.

It is not at all suitable for "real" games. For starters, it completely
destroys the FOW since it lists every unit in the game and its status, plus
it really doesn't provide meaningful info beyond what the staff officers
already show. As a force commander you really don't care how many messages
are bouncing off the satellite and in what forms, channels, etc. - only the
overall effects and who is reporting what. This information is already
shown in the S2 and Commo officer screens.

Once this project is done, I plan to disable it. I probably shouldn't even
have included it in the update file, but I was in a hurry yesterday and
wasn't really thinking about it. :-S
