I know RangerBooBoo posted this already, but I can't seem to find it. Now that I have two CWB games, switching CD's is quickly becoming a pain. What do I need to copy onto my "master" CD to make the games go without having to swap?

Here is what Rich Hamilton posted on another board once:

Here's instructions on how to make a single cd that will allow you to play all your games from it.

The way I have done it follows. I have 40 games on one disk and it is only tacking up 360 MB. Basically there's room for every Tiller title that will be coming out for years to come.

Create a Working directory on your hard drive.
Drag and drop all of your game folders into it.
Make sure each game folder is named Exactly the way it is shows on the cd (Caps, abbreviations, spacing, etc.)
Go into each folder and delete all .bmp .doc .hlp .wav files.
I have left the sub-directories in place, but I'm not convinced you need them.
Then burn your cd. Make sure all the game folders are at the root of the CD, don't grab the working directory with them inside of it, as that won't work.

I keep the working folder in tact once I am done, that way when a new game comes out I just have to repeat the process for that one title and I can burn a new cd.

Others have done this differently, saving less files, but since I'm not hurting on space I've stuck with this.

Ah ... that reminded me where I'd seen it:

I made a CD with the following 2 folders:

Campaign Gettysburg
Campaign Peninsula

I have one exe in each - cpg.exe and cpp.exe - respectively. Works great!
