Im playing a scenario now and some of my units have been isolated and in the report that comes up at the beginning of the turn it says that so and so units have been isolated in such and such hex. So what I was wondering was what if any affect this has on the units. Does it block the supply from the HQ or does it affect the moral or attack rating? Anyone who knows or has comments on it that would be great.

I haven't seen anything in the manual DJ, but I noticed my isolated units lose supply early, and never seem to regain it. So, your statement about being cut off from the HQ is pretty accurate imo.

If anyone has more specific info on this topic, I would like to hear about it as well.

Good gaming everyone. :smoke:

Units that are isolated do you perform the supply check at the beginning of your turn.

A unit low on supply, using direct fire, will only attack a number of times equal to its strength points divided by two, fractions rounded up.

A unit low on supply, that utilizes indirect fire, will not be able to attack this until supply is replenished (hopefully the following turn!).

A unit low on supply will assault at 3/4 effectiveness.

HQ's that are low on supply are unable to provide supply to other units under its command.

Hope that helps
Take care and good luck
