Harpoon Classic 2005 installation procedure

I may make this a sticky, so to help all the n00bies like me...

I've installed HCG, the latest update on the AGSI site (2003.15) and then installed the WestPac update -> which brings me up to 16b3 status

is that it?

because...all the new scns are all nice and shiny, but the usermade WestPac ones CTD. Any ideas what I did wrong would be greatly appreciated... ;)

also, I installed the HCDB also...not sure what I'm missing - afaik all files were overwritten during the upgrades.
