Quinton has released the first version of the Harpoon3 1960-1979 database, you can get it here:

The project was started in May last year and the database now contains more than 2500 platforms. Two scenarios are being launched with the database, the first is a missile boat encounter - "The Battle of Latakia"; the second is a large scenario taking place in the Mediterranean between the USSR and NATO - "Crisis in the Med".
