EFII 1.02 patch.

OK, I've just had to re-install EFII after a HD crash. I've spent the last half-hour searching for the patch, We don't have it here, The Blitz link doesn't work for me, and of course Talonsoft is long-dead, anyone know any other site that hosts this elusive little beggar :dead:
