With out doing any research I'm going to guess the following:

Virginia
Tennessee
Kentucky
Missouri
Arkansas

4. Mississippi
5. Georgia

Other than the Virginia, the rest is a guess.

I considered WV (with all the battles in the Valley) but thought it was still considered part of Virginia then.
